The Southwestern Conference released its Boys Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week for January 9-15 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Higgins won against Berea-Midpark with an impressive score of 245 points and then competed in the NE Classic meet where he finished eighth.
