2022 All-Southwestern Conference Boys Golf Honors

Olmsted Falls High School senior Ben Scheeff was named the 2022 Southwestern Conference Most Valuable Boys Golfer following the conclusion of the SWC Boys Golf season.

Scheeff entered the 2022 SWC Tournament at Grey Hawk Golf Club with a three-stroke lead over Midview senior Bryan Stone. The two friendly rivals and 2022 OHSAA Division I District qualifiers battled for the top spot all season long. Both golfers finished with a 79 at the event, which resulted in Scheeff finishing with the league’s best “score minus course rating.” The MVP had a 2.554, while Stone ended the year with a 2.846.

Olmsted Falls Head Coach Damon DeMarco was selected 2022 SWC Coach of the Year after leading the Bulldogs to their first SWC title since the 1998-99 season.

The top six golfers earned All-SWC first team honors, while the next six receive All-SWC second team recognition. Each school also gets two honorable mention.
