2021 SWC Championship Meet Results
Avon and Avon Lake claimed the 2021 Southwestern Conference Boys Swimming & Diving Championship Saturday at the Westlake City Recreation Center.
At the SWC championship meet, Avon collected 270 total points throughout the two-day event. Avon Lake finished second after collecting 257 points and Westlake was third with 228 points. The Eagles took home titles in one of the 12 events at the Championship and had three second place finishes.
In the regular season, Avon Lake finished the year with a perfect 8-0 conference record. The conference championship is determined by the regular season finish as well as the SWC championship meet. With the Eagles and the Shoremen finishing first and second in both categories, the two teams share the 2020-21 SWC Boys Swimming and Diving title.
