The Southwestern Conference released its Volleyball Athlete of the Week for August 28 – September 3 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

The setter/outside hitter collected 77 kills in 153 attempts (.503), 5 aces, 52 assists and 36 digs to help the Bulldogs to straight-set wins over Medina, Elyria, Avon, Anthony Wayne and Mayfield.
Other Notable Performances
Nia Hall (Senior), Amherst
The outside hitter had 55 kills, 36 digs, 7 blocks and 3 aces in victories over Avon Lake and Perrysburg this week.
Rachel Meyer (Sophomore), Avon Lake
The setter had 56 assists, 6 aces, 4 kills, 2 block assists and 13 digs last week.
Ali Reilly (Senior), Berea-Midpark
The setter had 41 assists, 5 kills and 12 digs in a five-set win over Midview. She also added 26 assists against Amherst.
