Following games on February 1st-7th, the girls basketball player of the week for the Southwestern Conference was announced this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Midview
The Middie freshman had a tremendous game against Medina Highland over the weekend, dropping a season high 25 points against the Hornets. She also helped Midview defeat Amherst Steele and North Olmsted during the week.
Other notable performances:
Mady Rosado (Sr), North Ridgeville
Rosado averaged 15 points on the week, including a 19 point performance in a victory over Berea-Midpark.
