The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Tennis Athlete of the Week for September 25-30 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Denver, who has played second singles the two last years, finished her career 40-0 in the SWC. The two-time SWC MVP has had a historic career for the Eagles!
Kayla Bussard (Sophomore), Amherst
Finished the week 2-0 with decisive wins against St. Joseph Academy twice, one of which was without dropping a game.
