The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Cross Country Athlete of the Week for September 26 – October 1 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Katherine led her team to a third place tie out of 31 teams at the Madison Invitational by finishing as the Comet’s #1 runner for the first time in her career. Low ran 19:56 to also break 20 minutes for the first time in her career.
