Following games on January 25th-31st, the girls basketball player of the week for the Southwestern Conference was announced this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Abby Liber (Jr)
Avon
Liber had an impressive personal game in Avon’s victory over Midview last week. The junior guard dropped 27 points and grabbed nine rebounds and had four blocks for the Eagles.
Other notable performances:
Brooklyn Beeman (Jr), North Olmsted
In back to back games against Amherst Steele, Beeman averaged 15 points per game for the Eagles.
Grace Kingery (Fr), North Ridgeville
Kingery scored 15 of her 27 points against Olmsted Falls and Avon Lake from beyond the 3-point line as the freshman averaged 13.5 points per game last week.
Allison Milligan (Sr), Olmsted Falls
With the Bulldogs playing three games last week, Milligan averaged 13.4 points per game with 5 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
