Each month, the Southwestern Conference will recognize student-athletes who are excelling in the classroom as well as those who have demonstrated the highest levels of integrity and sportsmanship. For February the SWC recognizes the following student-athletes:

Cecilia Bouman

Girls Basketball / Girls Soccer / Girls Track & Field
Cecilia Bouman carries a 4.65 cumulative grade point average into her final semester. The Senior Class President is also a member of Champions for Life, Varsity R, Unified Sports and Student Council. She is enrolled in both AP Psychology and AP Calculus.

Boys Basketball
Brenden Lucey carries a 4.09 cumulative grade point average into his eighth semester. The National Honor Society and Best Buddies member is currently enrolled in Anatomy and Physiology, Chemistry and Statistics, all through Lorain County Community College.

Austin LaForce is an outstanding representation of Titan Athletics. A two-sport athlete, he is a leader in both the football and wrestling programs, including a captain of the football team. Austin’s effort on both the field ad mat is always exceptional.

Girls Bowling / Girls Soccer
Gianeylis Del Valle Merced model student-athlete for the Pioneers. The two-sport athlete is also active member of the Lorain County Urban League and Lorain County Youth Council. In addition, she is a Student Athletic Trainers for the Pioneers.
