The Southwestern Conference announced the 2024 football individual award winners and All-league teams, based off the regular season, as selected by the conference coaches. Avon High School senior quarterback Nolan Good was named the Offensive Player of the Year for a second straight season. North Ridgeville High School senior linebacker Carson Madis was named the Defensive Player of the Year. The Lineman of the Year was awarded to Avon senior Jeremiah Kelly. Midview senior Dior Jones was named Specialty Player of the Year. Avon’s Mike Elder was named the 2024 Coach of the Year.
