The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Swimming & Diving Athlete of the Week for December 11-17 this evening. Below is this week’s honoree:

Senior
Alex won the 100 Free, 200 Free, and 200 Free Relay at the 50+ team Northwest Classic. She also finished 2nd in the 400 Free Relay. Downing broke the Avon school record in the 100 Free and tied the school record in the 200 Free and 50 Freestyle with her relay lead off.
