2019 Boys Golf All-Southwestern Conference Honors

The Southwestern Conference announced the 2019 boys golf individual award winners and All-Southwestern Conference teams, as selected by the conference coaches. Amherst Steele’s Jacob Fitzpatrick was named Most Valuable Player of the Year.  Avon’s Jeff Stevens was named this year’s Coach of the Year.

The SWC Preview and SWC Championship count as two matches. A player must participate in 75% of the matches to be eligible for the Top 10 or All-SWC honors at the end of the season.
