The Southwestern Conference released its Boys Golf Athlete of the Week for August 21-26 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Prince posted back-to-back under-par rounds, shooting a -1 (34) at Fox Creek against Midview. He then had a -2 (34) at Sweetbriar versus Avon Lake to help the Comets score a school-record team score of -5 (139). Tran finished the week with a +2 (73) at the Jim Denos Invitational, hosted by Norwalk at Eagle Creek. Amherst finished runner-up at the invitational.
