The Southwestern Conference released its Football Athlete of the Week for October 3-8 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

On offense, the running back had 4 carries for 59 yards. On defense, the linebacker had two tackles for loss, including a sack, as well as a forced fumble and a pick-six in the Rangers’ win over Midview.
