The Southwestern Conference released its Boys Golf Athlete of the Week for September 5-10 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Ben played five straight days of competition last week. He started the week with a 73 at Columbia Hills, helping the Bulldogs finish first among SWC teams at the Midview Invitational. Ben followed that with an even-par 36 to help defeat Amherst on Wednesday at Mallard Creek. On Thursday, he shot a 38 in a win over Brecksville at Sleepy Hollow. Finally, he went 74-75 on Friday and Saturday at Windmill Lakes, finishing fourth overall at the Pfeiffer Invitational. Ben has a 36.67 per-9-average this year.
