Following gymnastics meets on January 17th – January 23rd the gymnast of the week for the Southwestern Conference was announced this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Berea-Midpark
Competing in the All-Around for the first time this season for Berea-Midpark, Agnew finished third at Avon Lake’s Gymnastics World with a score of 34.500. The sophomore placed first on the Floor (9.200) and third on the Vault (8.800).
Other Notable Performances
Elly Rauch (Sr), Avon Lake
A true leader and multi-sport athlete for Avon Lake, Rauch finished senior night 10th in the All-Around with her score of 32.800. She was fifth on the floor (9.000) and ninth on the beam (8.500). She maintains a score of 9.000 on the floor for the season.
