Berea-Midpark won the 2020 Southwestern Conference Wrestling Championship title on Saturday with a team score of 158.5. The Titans earned their second SWC title, sharing last year with Avon High School. Berea-Midpark claimed four individual titles from Pino Dipierro (120), Shane Heil (126), Caden Wendling (138) and Jimmy Paletta (182).
By virtue of winning the regular season and going undefeated in conference duals, Berea-Midpark won the title outright for the 2019-20 season.
Olmsted Falls finished in second place with 151.0 points, followed by third-place Avon with 131.0. Midview finished in fourth place with 101.0 points and North Olmsted rounded out the top five with 87.0 team points.
