
Berea-Midpark High School won the 2026 Southwestern Conference Gymnastics Championship Saturday (February 7) night at the Summit County Fairgrounds. The Titans secured their sixth straight league crown.
The Titans won the team title with 134.80 points. Olmsted Falls High School finished runner-up with 126.95 points. Avon Lake High School placed third with 115.55 points, while North Ridgeville High School took fourth with 111.10 points. Amherst Steele High School, Avon High School, Elyria High School and Midview High School all had individuals compete at the championship but did not qualify for the team standings.
Olmsted Falls’ Luca Salupo took home the 2026 All-Around title with 35.20 points after finishing runner-up a year ago. Berea-Midpark’s Josie Swartz also moved up one spot from last season and placed second with 34.50 points, while teammate Sarah Van Dress took third overall with 34.00 points.
Salupo won the competition on Vault (8.50) and Bars (9.05). Van Dress won the Beam (8.8) and Swatz finished first on Floor (9.15).
