The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for December 8-14 this evening. Below is this week’s honoree:

Senior
Lilly won the 200 Individual Medley, 100 Butterfly, Medley Relay and 200 Freestyle Relay in a dual against Amherst Steele.
Other Notable Performances:
Ashley Merical (Sr.). Avon
Was an integral part of two event wins at the Rocket Relays. She swam season-best times in both the 50 Butterfly and 50 Backstroke as Avon took home the team championship.
