The Southwestern Conference announced the 2025 football individual award winners and All-league teams, based off the regular season, as selected by the conference coaches. North Ridgeville High School senior quarterback Cole Miller was named the Offensive Player of the Year. Avon High School senior linebacker Ryan Stolarski was named the Defensive Player of the Year. The Lineman of the Year was awarded to Avon Lake High School senior Max Riley. Avon Lake senior Aidan Stewart was named Specialty Player of the Year. Avon’s Mike Elder was named the 2025 Coach of the Year.
