The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Tennis Athlete of the Week for September 1-6 this evening. Below is this week’s honoree:

Sienna went 5-0 with league wins against Olmsted Falls and Midview and then victories against Vermilion, Midview and Elyria Catholic en route to a second singles championship at the LCAAA Invitational. All matches were won without dropping a set.
Other Notable Performances:
Christiana Hetman (So.), Avon
Finished the week 4-0 and won the third singles championship at the LCAAA Invitational as the seventh seed.
