Marcus had 24 carries for 257 yards and 4 rushing touchdowns in a 48-14 week one win over host Westlake. The performance ranks third on Midview’s single-game rushing list.

Cy Christensen (Sr.), Amherst
Completed 2-of-5 passes with 2 TDs to go along with 10 rushes for 111 and 2 TDs. Also averaged 39 yards on two punts with one inside 20.
Caden Clapham (Sr.), Avon
Had 2 receptions for 78 yard and 2 TDs to go along with 3 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 1 pass break-up.
Dawson Tenbrink (So.), Avon Lake
Had 15 rushes for 100 yards and 1 TD while completing 20-of-32 passes for 226 Yards 3 TDs.
Vince Weaver (Sr.), Berea-Midpark
Completed 22-of-30 passe for 343 yards and 2 TD while also adding 1 rushing TD against Brunswick.
