The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Wrestling Athlete of the Week for December 2-8 this evening. Below is this week’s honoree:

Deionna was crowned the 235 pound champion at the Women’s Ironman Tournament. She did not surrender a single point on the weekend, defeating her opponents by Technical Fall 17-0, Fall (12-0 at the time of the fall) and a 5-0 decision in the finals.
