The Southwestern Conference released its Boys Golf Athlete of the Week for September 9-14 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Alex shot a 39 on the Bob-O-Link Red course to help the team secure a win over Avon and set a school record for the low team score on a par-35 course. He then was the individual runner-up after shooting a 1-over-par 71 at the 18-team Norwalk Invitational at Eagle Creek.
Other Notable Performances:
Wyatt Frank (Jr.), Midview
Shot a 2-over-par 38 at Pinebrook in win over North Ridgeville and 2-over-par 38 at Grey Hawk against Keystone.
