The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Week for April 10-16 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Ella won the 400m Run at the LCAAA Invitational with a meet record time of 57.47. She also placed second in the 10om Run with a school-record time of 12.12 and helped the Comets finish runner-up in the 4×400 relay (4:09.47) with a 57.4 split. Both the 100m Run and 4x400m Relay performance broke the previous meet record.
