The Southwestern Conference released its Boys Swimming and Diving Athlete of the Week for December 19 – January 1 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Flanigan won the 100 freestyle in a personal best time against both Wadsworth and North Ridgeville. He also won the 400 free relay in both meets and swam a vital roll on Avon’s sweep of the medley relay in both competitions.
