The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week for December 5-11 this afternoon. Below are this week’s honoree:

Grace Henely / Reagan Henely
Midview
Junior / Freshmen
In only their second high school meet ever, the Henely sisters won 4 events against North Ridgeville and Olmsted Falls. Grace won the 100 Fly and 100 Breaststroke, while Reagan won the 200 IM and 100 Freestyle.
Other Notable Performances
Allison McDaniel (Senior), Avon Lake
Won the 100 Fly (1:10.55) and 100 Backstroke (1:07.44) while contributing to relay wins against North Ridgeville.
Lilly Becker (Freshman), Berea-Midpark
Finished first in the Breaststroke, second in the 50 Freestyle and third in the 200 Medley Relay against Westlake then first in the
200 Medley Relay, 50 Freestyle, 200 Freestyle Relay, 100 Breaststroke against North Olmsted.
Stephanie Trimbitas (Sophomore), North Ridgeville
Had numerous lifetime bests last week.
