The Southwestern Conference announced the 2022 football individual award winners and All-league teams, based off the regular season, as selected by the conference coaches. Olmsted Falls’ senior running back Rocco Conti was named the Offensive Player of the Year for a second straight season. Senior linebacker Isaiah Johnson of Elyria was named the Defensive Player of the Year. The Lineman of the Year was awarded to Avon senior Austin Mitchell for the second straight year. Mike Elder of Avon was named this year’s Coach of the Year.
