The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Tennis Athlete of the Week for September 12-17 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Senior
The third singles player beat Midview in conference play and won a 3-hour match against Amherst in the opening round of the SWC Tournament on Saturday. Will play for third place on Tuesday.
Other Notable Performances
Kaylee Pajor (Senior), Amherst Steele
The second singles player went 2-0 in her dual match-ups, including an upset win over Saint Joseph Academy in straight sets.
Amelia Tomak (Senior), Avon
The third singles player finished 4-1 for the week. She had a big win against state-ranked Massillon Jackson on Wednesday, helping to lead her team to the sweet 16 in the State Team Tournament.
Morgan Truscott (Senior), Olmsted Falls
The four-year first singles player will play for third place at the SWC Tournament on Tuesday.
