The Southwestern Conference released its Girls Soccer Athlete of the Week for September 12-17 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Junior
Ella scored 8 goals and added one assist in 3 wins this week. The forward scored 2 goals in a 4-1 victory over Saint Joseph. She put away a goal in the Shoregal’s 4-1 victory against Midview. And to cap off the weak, Ella tallied 5 goals in a 7-0 win over Mentor.

Paige Miller (Freshmen), Amherst Steele
The midfielder had 2 goals and 2 assists in a 4-0 win over Berea-Midpark.
Shaleigh Beckrest (Senior), Avon
The center back had a spectacular header goal in a 3-0 win against North Ridgeville.
CC Bouman (Sophomore), North Ridgeville
The goalkeeper made 24 saves against Avon.
