The Southwestern Conference released its Volleyball Athlete of the Week for September 5-10 this afternoon. Below is this week’s honoree:

Ava dished out 115 assists to go along with 32 digs and 5 aces last week. She also earned his 1,000th career assist during the Avon Lake match a week ago.

Rachel collected 114 Assists, 23 digs, 3 aces and 2 block assists last week. She earned her 1,000th career assist during the Medina match on September 6.
