Congratulations to Amherst’s Russel Hellinger and Olmsted Falls’ Delaney Condosta for being named this week’s Southwestern Conference Player of the Week honorees!
Russel Hellinger (Sr) – Amherst – Wrestling – Hellinger won the 220 pound championship at the Southwestern Conference wrestling tournament on Saturday.
Delaney Condosta (Fr) – Olmsted Falls – Bowling – Condosta became the first girl freshmen bowler in Olmsted Falls history to qualify for the district tournament. She bowled a 474 series which was 4th best at the West Cuyahoga/Lorain County Sectional tournament which qualified her for the D1 District Tournament this Saturday.
