Olmsted Falls Wins First Ever Southwestern Conference Gymnastics Championship

Olmsted Falls earned the 2019 Southwestern Confernece first ever Gymnastics Championship title on Sunday at the North Olmsted Recreation Center.

The Bulldogs tallied 136.450 points en route to the team title, followed by Westlake in second place with 133.250. North Olmsted finished in third with 132.150 points, Berea-Midpark placed fourth with 131.150, Avon earned fifth with 115.800, while Lakewood rounded out the top six with 100.050.

Westlake’s Haley Brennan earned the all-around title with a high score of 35.45, followed in second by Berea-Midpark’s Sarah Carpenter with a 35.35 and Colleen Thiel from Olmsted Falls in third with a 34.85.
