The Southwestern Conference announced the 2018 boys soccer individual award winners and All-Southwestern Conference teams, as selected by the conference coaches. Avon Lake’s Edison Lemanowicz was named the Most Valuable Player. Midview’s Cole Thompson was named the Goal Keeper of the Year. Chris Dore of Avon was named this year’s Coach of the Year.
